Texas Council on Family Violence receives $50,000 grant from Verizon to help domestic violence agencies recover from Hurricane Harvey

HOUSTON – Verizon today announced a grant to support Hurricane Harvey relief efforts in addition to its $ 10 million commitment previously pledged. A $ 50,000 HopeLine® from Verizon grant will go to the Texas Council on Family Violence (TCFV) to assist South Texas domestic violence agencies that were in the path of Harvey and suffered the devastating effects of the storm. Kymeta Receives Commercial Authorization from FCC and Ofcom

Kymeta Corporation has received blanket authorization from the FCC for commercial distribution of 11,000 of its KyWay™ terminals in the United States. This is the first-ever blanket license issued by the FCC for an electronically-steered, beam-forming flat panel antenna terminal, a significant milestone for the satellite communications industry at-large. It is also the first-ever blanket license issued by the FCC for any vehicle-mounted earth station terminal. Kymeta also received an indefinite-term, unlimited installation commercial license from the UK regulatory agency, Ofcom. Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. Receives Nasdaq Letter

Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: SNCR) (the “Company”), the leader in mobile cloud innovation for mobile carriers, enterprises, retailers and OEMs around the world, today announced that it has received an anticipated letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of The NASDAQ Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) notifying the Company of its noncompliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) because the Company has not yet filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2017 (the “Form 10-Q”). Nasdaq indicated that the Company has 60 days to submit a plan to regain compliance. If Nasdaq accepts the Company’s plan, it may grant an exception of up to 180 calendar days from the Form 10-Q’s due date, or November 6, 2017, to regain compliance. If Nasdaq does not accept the Company’s plan, the Company will have the opportunity to appeal that decision to a Nasdaq Hearings Panel before any delisting occurs. Click here for more.
